Our last day at the Forfar Lochside Campsite. It's a Caravan and Motorhome Clubsite. The campsite is directly by the Forfar Loch, allowing you to watch the most amazing sunsets. The campsite is well looked after and we have enjoyed staying here for our 3 night break. If the campsite would be closer to home, I am sure we would come back again. Willow is enjoying the access to the park and can enjoy running around off the lead. It is  a 2.5 mile walk around the Loch, the footpaths are well looked after, so anyone can use it. Also there is an option to go by bike too, good bike rides around Forfar. Shops, pubs and restaurants are in walking distance too.

The Wardens have put in a lot of effort into supplying so much extra information. Love the idea of the "Doggy Wall of Fame"  Waiting for Willow's picture to be added

Before moving on, we decided to drive to "The Arbroath Cliff Trail". Check out Arbroath Cliffs

The Cliffs are  approx 16 miles away from Forfar. The walk is 4 miles long and accessible for anyone to walk. The paths are well maintained and there are toilets and a cafe at the beginning of the walk. Also free parking. What more do you want.

On our way back to Forfar, we stopped at Ferryden, an old fishing village and walked to the lighthouse, another brilliant coastal walk

Surely Willow deserves to be on the Doggy Wall of Fame. That arch looks like Durdle Door in Dorset
