We have arrived at our second stop, it's at the Cayton Village Club Campsite, just a couple of miles away from Scarborough. A very nice and well looked after campsite with spacious pitches. There are self contained camping pods and cabins, and an area for tents. Only 1 mile walk away from Cayton Village Bay, a dog friendly beach. Also there is a bus stop outside the campsite taking you to Scarborough or Filey.

Self contained Clamping Pods and Cabins

What an amazing dog walk, a lot of space, secure and you can let the dog off the lead

Several pubs in the village, just a short walking distance away. Of course we had to try the local beer---------------delicious

Places to see near by:

This is Cayton Village Bay- 1 mile walk away from the campsite. You will find the oldest surf school in the UK at that beach. If you want to surf, they are there to help you.

This is Robin Hood Bay ( www.robin-hoods-bay.co.uk) near Whitby. Unfortunately due to bad weather, we weren't able to visit it. But look at it, it looks amazing, worth a visit.  We have to leave this for another time.
